The Coat of Arms symbolizes the educational philosophy of this Christian institution. It is in the shape of Lotus, which is the symbol of India, our motherland. The lamp is burning bright to spell out the darkness of ignorance and illiteracy and radiate the glow of enlightenment after the model of Jesus Christ our eternal ‘Guru’ and the Light of the world. And in the same line, our motto “Lead Kindly Light” reflects the mission of the institution. The open book represents wisdom to be attained by the teachers and their disciples in due course. The pigeon, symbol of peace and harmony spreads the message of love through education across the country. The hills are indicative of the distinctive geographical nature of the locale.
