PKM College of education has mentoring over the years. It functions well with definite objectives.

The objectives of mentoring at PKM include

• The Teaching Skill Development: Enhancing teaching skills and knowledge relevant to the mentee's professional and personal growth.
• Career Guidance: Providing guidance on career choices, goal-setting, and strategies for professional development.
• Knowledge Transfer: Sharing experience, insights, and practical wisdom to accelerate the mentee's learning curve.
• Networking: Facilitating connections and introductions within professional circles to expand the student teachers network.

Feedback and Reflection also will be given to mentees. These constructive feedback and reflective practices will improve the student teachers performance. Assisting in achieving a healthy balance between professional and personal life. Thus mentoring Promotes diversity and inclusion by providing guidance to underrepresented individuals.
