Yogic Life: Fitness regime of a Yogi

Overview

Come join us for a 30-hour workshop to learn yogic practices which will help you achieve high levels of fitness and give you greater energy throughout the day.
This session will be trained by highly qualified trainers from Isha Foundation.
By the end of the session, you will be equipped with practices that can be done daily by your own, so that you will not need any other exercise.

It will strengthen the spine, skeletal system and muscular system. You will also see increased levels of physical strength, fitness, and tenacity. It will also take years off the body, bringing a sense of lightness and freedom.
